Effective June 1, 2016 - Administration fee increasing to $200 per vehicle
At the CNLA Winter Board meetings in March, it was motioned and approved by the Executive and Board of Directors, that as of June 1, 2016, the administration fee will increase to $200 per vehicle letter.  FCA Canada will generously continue to cover $100, while CNLA members will be required to pay the additional $100 via credit card, prior to the letter being released to the dealership. To process the letter, the CNLA Member Services staff will need the year, vehicle model and VIN number. If a truck is being purchased the truck size and cab size will also be required. This information can come from either the sales representative or the member.
The $200 administration fee must be paid before the membership confirmation letter can be sent.

The CNLA and FCA Canada Inc. (Chrysler Canada) have partnered up to bring our members the CNLA Fleet Discount Program, which could help members save thousands of dollars on the purchase of new Dodge Jeep and Ram vehicles.

How it works

  • Members are encouraged to inform their fleet manager or fleet sales person that they are a member of the Canadian Nursery Landscape Association and they are entitled to Fleet discounts under the CNLA Fleet Account Number.
  • The CNLA program offers members very competitive discounts and CNLA purchases will not qualify for any other fleet incentives such as basic Fleet Delivery Allowance Program, retail incentives, rebates or other programs.
  • In order for a member to receive the discount at a dealership, CNLA must send the dealership representative a letter confirming the membership, along with a processing code.
  • There is a $200 administration fee* per vehicle that must be paid by the member to CNLA before the membership confirmation letter will be sent. Note: FCA Canada Inc. has agreed to pay this amount on behalf of CNLA members for the remainder of the 2016 model year, ending September 30, 2016 ($400 administration fee for ISAO, Flowers Canada Growers and FIHOQ members.)
  • The following information is required for the letter: VIN (serial) number of the vehicle(s) you are purchasing, name and email of your sales rep at the dealership.
  • Vehicles must be registered under the CNLA member company name.
